Compressed Non-Asbestos Gaskets

Custom Gasket Mfg. has over forty years experience specializing in the manufacturing of precision, die cut gaskets, including compressed non-asbestos gaskets for a wide variety of industries and applications. Compressed non-asbestos gasket materials combine non-asbestos fibers such as fiberglass and aramid fibers with rubber to enhance the temperature and pressure performance of the gasket. Combining inorganic and organic fibers with rubber and fiberglass allows for a range of variants that have different mechanical specifications. These compressed non-asbestos gaskets provide excellent ability to seal, torque retention, and heat resistance that eliminates the need for asbestos. Gaskets manufactured from compressed non-asbestos materials are designed to perform in applications involving, air, water, steam, oils, acids and general chemicals. Custom Gasket Mfg. takes pride in its ability to consistently produce high quality; die cut compressed non-asbestos gaskets manufactured specifically for your application.

Custom Gasket Mfg. produces custom die cut gaskets and water jet cut gaskets using Garlock®, Thermoseal® (Klinger®), Frenzelit®, Durlon®, Teadit® brands of compressed non-asbestos materials for all applications. These materials are generally available in thicknesses ranging from 1/64" to 1/4" thick. Pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing can be added to most compressed non-asbestos gaskets we manufacture to aid in our customers applications.
